I have Avast version 25.6.10221a offline, and it doesn’t update. I download the vpsupd.exe file and start it, but it doesn’t update.
any idea why this happens
Yeah I had the same problem. Make sure you’re downloading the latest vpsupd.exe from Avast’s official site. Also, try running it as admin and disable Avast shields temporarily while updating. That worked for me.
I have tried it and it didn’t work for me.
I will try with the new version 25.7 that has just been released.
