Avast virus definition update problem

hello avast users!

i have encountered a problem recently regarding virus definition update. just a few days before when these definitions were updated a window popped up with a link:more details on it.but now more details button/link have disappeared though i didn’t change any settings :frowning: , any solutions?

Try the ‘Show last popup message’ option from the avast tray icon (right click). it will display the popup again. I believe it should show all the details ?

Thanks for the confirmation, as I had never seen one of these abbreviated update notification popups.

i recived abbreviated update notification popups but show last popup

You can crop your image (or use the Alt+Prt Scr, just captures the active window) rather than attaching a full screen image, some users are still on dial-up.
