Avast vpn constantly disconnecting

My Avast secureline vpn constantly disconnects and reconnects, several times an hour, massively interrupting work. I don’t have any other firewalls. The internet connection is fine when Avast VPN is not on. What else can I try? Also - is there an email for Avast support? I don’t have time to make calls or have slow, irritating and time consuming conversations with chatbots. Emailing support takes me less than 1 minute and isn’t problematic - calls and chatbots take many more minutes and are highly irritating (call hold music, stupid chatbots asking daft questions etc) and I’m too busy for that. I am paying for this product so should be able to email a person for support.
