I installed Avast last May and have used it (not extensively) since then. It’s been a good ten days if not more that when starting it, it does not load the software. It shows that revolving gif with the undertitle ‘loading’ and it continues like this for ever. Any ideas before I claim a refund?
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Have you tried an Avast Repair ?
- AvastUI > Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Repair APP
- Restart after completion.
Thanks for the hint. Unfortunately there is no such thing as troubleshooting after the General tab.
