Avast VPN Trial Auto-Renew

Hello,

I have recently started the 30 day free-trial for the Secureline VPN and noticed that there was not an option to cancel the auto-renew on either myAvast or my Avast Client. I am also unable to locate the Order Id as I did not receive an e-mail confirming my trial. Finally, as I was typing this up, I was told that there were items still in my cart. After which I was prompted to re-enter my information in regards to to the VPN trial.

With this in mind, how would I go about stopping the Securline VPN from auto-renewing?

Thank you for your prompt reply. However, most of the methods listed on the page that you linked seem to require an Order ID, which I have still yet to receive the e-mail containing it. The only one I saw, regarding orders through Nexway, did not recognize my e-mail.

What would you recommend that I do next?

Contact support anyway and tell them. You can use 00000000 as ID.

As usual, you can set up a new service with one click - to cancel it takes research, emails, visits to forums… dreadful.

Yes that’s the reality with all new (Security) service these days. :wink:
