I’m not entirely sure that is correct, ordinarily there are 92 scanners (but this is a 203 Mb file you uploaded). But in this case only 69 tried to scan the file.
That said, Avast and AVG did scan and it was clean (they would be using the same virus database), so why you would be getting an alert is somewhat strange. My first thoughts would be to ensure you have the latest Avast virus definitions (a manual update from the User Interface). and/or is this the latest/new update of that program.
Of those listed, 5 were unable to ‘Unable to process file type’, including Avast-Mobile.
As rocksteady suggested use that link to upload the detected file to Avast for analysis.
