I don’t know if this is more ASB than Web Shield or not - but you might want to check this information as it seems to have some security issues.

However Firefox throws up an HTTP security warning page about this domain name if you try to visit directly.

I tried using a VPN and it worked, seems it is blocking my country (Egypt)
Successfully submitted the false positive.
So it’s not Avast that’s doing the blocking but your country.
