Avast whitelist for newly developed software?

Hi!

we are a small software company and our first product is about to hit the market. In spite of the fact that the software does not do anything malicious and is digitally signed it is invariably recognized as a threat by Avast Free/Pro/Internet Security. Is there any way we could teach Avast, that the file is harmless? Is there some kind of whitelist?

put it in a password protected zip file and send to virus @ avast.com
Mail subject: false positive
zip password: infected

OBS: have you tested the program at www.virustotal.om to see if others detect ?
