even after update NGservice & virtualbox interface did not reappear in Taskmanager
OK i was thinking that they don’t work cause of a bug or win glitch, that win update messed something up, so NG is controlled from outside my PC by 3th party (Avast team)? like there is NG server & if that is shut down then NG in PC shuts down to?
same issue with virtualbox interface for all?

is it even necessary? it is anti-tracking, i have Ghostery add for anti-tracking, should i turn it off?, all items under tools are turned on

but i have free version & under setting tools it is turned on
Are you sure you have the free version and not a trial version?

Under Tools, when you click on Secure line, what do you get ???
new window, there is connect button, so its Disconnected, so it means it is really turned off?

It doesn’t turn on till you ask it to turn on. In the free version, you have a three day trial.
After that trial, you’ll need to pay for the service if you want to continue to use it. 
Even after you pay for it, it only runs when you start it. I only start it when I’m away from home and on
public (open) wifi.
Check your settings there are some options that make using it on the road easier.
well i use free ware, when it comes to programs, but when its turned on under setting=tools, does it matter, does it take ram when its Disconnected under tools?
i mean does it matter that it is turned on or off under settings=tools?

It isn’t on by default. If you don’t want it at all, simply remove it by making a change in the avast installation.

They are tools. They aren’t resident and will only resources when you use the selected tool.
