Avast wont install on windows 7

Hi,
Im using windows 7 and uninstalled my PAID AVG 2014 as it stoped working and showed many of components not working and drivers not found.
Any way its a pc of shit >:(.
I try to install AVAST for my first time and got this message "the installer is unable to initialize early avast self-defense with error " so… cant even start to understand why.
I searched on net and all i found is Reinstall and Reinstall again but doesent work.
Can anyone tell me why?
My PC right now no any Antivirus so if this wont have solution can anyone recomend other Antivirus?(NONE AVG, MCfee or Norton)

First, be sure to get rid of all remnants of your prior installed AV(s).

Then:

  1. Download avast! Free Antivirus: http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup.exe
  2. Follow instructions: http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed avast! versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall avast! with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.
