Avast wont respond to my refund request

They auto renewed my avast but i can clearly get a cheaper renewal from them :-\

Yes i did submit a ticket the number is #624124. How long do you think it will take? :frowning:

avast handles tickets within 1-5 business days (depends on how busy it is, if there are holidays etc)

Ok thanks ill wait for the full 5 business days. Will they give me a full refund?

It seems to me you are entitled to a refund.
It can be a full or a partial refund (difference between what you paid and the cheaper option).
It also can be they are offering you something else.
e.g.

  • Some extra months of the subscription
  • Free subscription for one of the other paid products
    etc.

But the decision is for avast to make.

They gave me a full refund thanks for everything :slight_smile:
