They auto renewed my avast but i can clearly get a cheaper renewal from them :-\
Did you submit a ticket asking for a refund ?

Yes i did submit a ticket the number is #624124. How long do you think it will take? 
avast handles tickets within 1-5 business days (depends on how busy it is, if there are holidays etc)

It seems to me you are entitled to a refund.
It can be a full or a partial refund (difference between what you paid and the cheaper option).
It also can be they are offering you something else.
e.g.
- Some extra months of the subscription
- Free subscription for one of the other paid products
etc.
But the decision is for avast to make.
They gave me a full refund thanks for everything
