My PC is very slow in boot-up (start-up). It got 100% disk usage constant (also right now). I thought it would be a virus or something, so i decided to scan my computer. I runned a fast scan first, but the scan was stuck at the first file and 0% - I don’t know what to do, i contacted MSI (My PC is MSI GL72 6QD), and i wait for answer.
If that image is taken right after booting the system, there are a lot of things loading that really aren’t needed at boot-time.
That sure can slow down things as avast is scanning them.
Hello, it seems to me that your computer probably has quite a few things set to run at start up (which might be why your computer is at 100%) so you may want to use a tool like CCleaner (if you dont know how to turn off scheduled programs to turn on start up) and to also clean your computer and registry. Also, if money is not an issue I would suggest getting Avast Cleanup and using it on your computer as well (also clean your registry). I hope this helps you.
