メーラーにAvastの署名が出るのでアンインストールしたいが、アプリ自体が見当たらない

Windows10（22H2）です。
いつの間にかAvastがインストールされたようで、メーラーでメールを送ると「このメールは、アバスト アンチウイルス ソフトウェアでウイルス チェックされています。 」という署名が付いてしまいます。
Avastは使わないので完全にアンインストールしたいのですが、OSの設定>アプリと機能にもAvastが見当たらず、またC:ドライブのProgram FilsやProgram DataにもAvast関連のフォルダは見当たりません。
Avast公式サイトからavastclear.exeをダウンロードし試してみたのですが、そもそもどこにインストールされているのかがわからないため、アンインストールするべきフォルダの指定もアプリの種類も選択のしようがなく、結局削除できませんでした。
一度Avastの無料版をDLしインストールしたうえで、アプリと機能からアンインストールしてみましたがやはり駄目。
いろいろ調べて、TempファイルのAvast関連の削除、レジストリのAvast関連の削除までやりましたが、やはり解消されません・・・

メーラー自体も一度アンインストールし再度インストールし直しましたが、やはり駄目です。メーラー関係ではなく、システムのどこかに組み込まれてしまっている気がします。
何か方法は無いものでしょうか。アドバイスをよろしくお願いいたします。

ちょっと原因が想像しにくいのですが、何点か確認です。

[ol]- 起動中のプロセス（タスクマネージャの「詳細」から見れます）に “AvastSvc.exe” はいますか？（いない場合、Avast は当該PCでは動作していません）

  • お使いのメーラーとメールサービスは何ですか？また、メールにWeb版がある場合、Webメールからの送信ではどうなりますか？
  • ほかのPCやスマホで、同じメールアカウントで送信した場合は、どうなりますか？[/ol]

ありがとうございます。

アドバイスいただいた件を確認しました。

タスクマネージャの起動中のプロセスでにはAvast関連の無いです。
メーラーはThunderbiredで、アカウントを2つ設定しており、どちらから送っても同じようにAvastの文言が付きます。
ただGmailで送受信したところ、これには付きませんでした。
OUTLOOKで試してみると、ソフトから設定後自動で送られるテストメッセージには付きますが、自分で送ったメールには付かないようです。
他にもう1台似た環境のPCがありますが、こちらで同じメーラー同じアカウントで送っても付きません。

ただ、自宅PCでAvastを使っており、GoogleChromeなどで共通のアカウントを使っていることもあり、そのあたりを経由して何かが紐づいてしまった？という懸念もありますが、何をどう調べればいいのかもわからず・・・、という状況です。

やはり原因に想像がつきません・・・。
メールに付く署名を、スクリーンショットを取得するか、そのままコピー&ペーストしてこちらに投稿してもらえますか？

また、可能であればコマンドプロンプトあるいはPowerShellから、

tasklist

とコマンドを実行して、その結果をメモ帳か何かにコピーして、こちらに添付してもらえますか？
※起動中のプロセスの一覧を出力するコマンドです

一応事象を整理します。

①
メーラー：Thunderbird
メールアカウント：GMail が2つ
症状：Thunderbird からGメール2つでメールを送ると、送ったメールの末尾に署名が追加される

②
これらGメールアカウントについて、Web版のGメールから送信した場合は、署名がつかない

③
メーラー：Outlook
メールアカウント：GMail
症状： OutlookからGメールアカウントででメールを送ると、署名はつかない。ただし、テストメッセージには署名が付く

④
当該PCについて、AvastSvc.exe は非稼働

無事解消したとのことでよかったです。

なお、参考までに、導入されていたNorton 製品の名称は何でしょうか？

確かにNortonを入れていたのでアンインストールしたら、メールに署名は付かなくなりました。
原因はAvastではなく、Nortonだったんですね。

tasklistを見るに、今回の原因はAvast ではなくNorton なので、Norton製品がインストールされていませんか？その設定項目で似たものがありませんか？という確認です。
Avast の設定は、例として挙げただけです。

もし上記推測が正しいとすれば、設定変更の方法もおおむね同じと考えられます。
Avast においては、このメール署名の設定は、以下の場所にあります。
Avast ユーザーインターフェース → 右上メニューから「設定」 → プロテクション → メインシールド → メールシールド → 「送信するメールの末尾に署名を>追加」をオフ

Avast無料版をインストールしまして、上記の設定もしたのですが、やはり変わらず署名は付いていました。
その後にavastclear.exeで全てを削除したにも関わらず、メールを送るとアバスト署名が付き同じ状態です。
署名の削除だけ出来ればいいのですが。

tasklistの情報提供ありがとうございます。おかげで少し状況が見えてきたように思います。
どこかの漫才かよ、というようなところもありますが・・・

まず、メールの署名に違和感があります。「アバスト アンチウイルス」と言っているにもかかわらず、ドメインがAviraです。

そして、tasklistによれば、起動しているアプリはNortonシリーズです。以下、関連と思われるプロセス群です。

AvDump.exe, aswEngSrv.exe, afwServ.exe, VpnSvc.exe, aswidsagent.exe の5つはAvast 製品にも同じプロセスがあります。
NortonSvc.exe, nllToolsSvc.exe, NortonUI.exe は、似た名前のプロセスがAvast 製品に存在します（AvastSvc.exe, aswToolsSvc.exe, AvastUI.exe）。
※asw = Avast Software だとすると、nll = NortonLifeLock と推測されます

以上からすると、Norton シリーズの名を冠した製品が、実は中身がAvast と同じになっており、しかしメールの署名が（おそらく翻訳の不備等で）アバストの名のままになっている、という状況に見えます。

なお、アバスト アンチウイルスを開発していたAvast Software社と、Norton シリーズを開発していたNortonLifeLock社（旧称：Symantec社）は、昨年合併してGen Digital社となっており、Avast Software社が買収していたAVG、NortonLifeLock社が買収していたAviraともども、いずれもGen Digital社の傘下にあります。

したがって、以下名称を持つ製品については、同一の由来である可能性があり、今回の事象については、このいずれか（今回はNortonの名を持つ何か）がインストールされていることに起因している可能性が高いです。

  • Avast （アバスト）
  • AVG （エーブイジー）
  • Avira （アビラ）
  • Norton （ノートン）

もし上記推測が正しいとすれば、設定変更の方法もおおむね同じと考えられます。

私もbritishpineさんとまったく同様な状況で悩んでいます。
Avastを自分でインストールしていないのに、急に先週から「このメールは、アバスト アンチウイルス ソフトウェアでウイルス チェックされています。 」という下記のような署名がメールに付くようになってしまいました。環境はWindows11でメーラーはThunderbirdを使っています。
