AvastSvc.exe is taking all of my CPU memory

Hello there. The two last days I have had some problems with Avast. Every evening, at the time I posted this post, Avast takes up all of my CPU memory, and I cannot even open my browser because it is so slow.
I am not infected by anything, it is not long ago I did a ‘huge’ scan, because I thought I were infected, but I were not. I am using Avast together with Malwarebytes PRO. (These programs are both whitelisted with each other.)
There is no scans going on when this happens. What do I do to fix this? I have tried to update Avast, but it did not help at all.

Here are (some) of my computer’s specs:

i5 3570K @ 3,4GHz
8GB RAM (Corsair Vengeance)

-Just to tell you how much Avast is slowing me, even with this CPU. I could barely check which Windows version I had. Please help!

A note: It seem to start after I launched World of Warcraft.

Hi,

I’m going to test something before I give you instructions on how to get the logs we need to fix Avast!

Hi,

It works.

Boot into Safe Mode with Networking and go here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Download and attach the following logs. Malwarebytes (No Protection Log)/OTL and aswMBR

aswMBR is Win 7 only

First thin what version of Avast are you using as the latest beta cures the excess cpu usage problem http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=144768.0

I tried to make a dump file (I am not sure what the english word for it is.) I read somewhere on the Internet that it is going to help me solve the problem, and it did. Shall I just do this until a new version of Avast comes out? (If this problem presist, of course…)
I am not really sure what it is doing, but it is running fine now.

Oh, and how do I check which version I am currently running? When I hover over the icon I can see two different rows of nubers, I’ll just list them below:

2014.9.0.2011

140121-0

THose numbers are right.

Since Essexboy is here and he knows a ton more then I do, I’ll leave him with you
