I tried calling the number for Avast’s tech support on their page. I got a guy who wanted to remotely link to my laptop. I just wanted to reset my password for Avast Antivirus seeing as how I couldn’t even run the Smart Scan without it.
Not to mention I payed for the version I have now and yet my profile here says I have no licenses. I think someone owes me an explanation.
If this or something like this has happened to you please respond. If you have proof all the better. I can personally log onto my bank account and see the purchase I made for apparently nothing.
