Questions like this hace been asked and answered before.
Please look at Avast’s website and use the search option on this board before asking.

Understood and thx for those two answers. I’m off now to see what AVG has to say.

Control Panel is the best way to uninstall it.
Maybe, after you can search the registry for Grisoft entries.
Welcome to avast 8)

All features?
It will take a lot of time… welcome to avast! The most configurable antivirus round 8)

Ok, I’ve looked around and seem to understand everything so Far But i thought it was free? Why do you need to Reg. every 60 days? If i’m wrong on something please inform me

You don’t have to register every 60 days.
The HOME version is free for home/non commercial use.
It only needs to be registered once every 14 months.
This way Alwil can get a indication on how many people are using it.
It is all explained on Avast’s website.

Thx, now i understand. I’ll be in touch later ::slight_smile:

[b]Wow, So far have had no problems. Unlike AVG this program does not shecdule a System scan. On AVG you had to go in and disenable it. Glad i switched and good thing it’s free but so is AVG.

I am however surprised that this Program has shields for Web , E-Mail and even P2P.

Good job team
