Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
[*]Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Under Optional Scan ensure “List BCD” and “Driver MD5” are ticked.
[*]Press Scan button.
[*]It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
[*]The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.
Dear Sirs,
as you can see I am new down here, actually not really a expert in forum, now I got 3 kind replies, but all 3 different, so I don’t know wat to do and wich one is the best way , cause no one is a solution but as far I can see just a first step to reach a solution.
Actually I though my problem was a well known problem and someone could tell me what to do, anyway can you get an agreament and underline the best way to get a result. Do I ask to much?
By the way can anyone tell me way I can’t find the Broswer cleanup on my Avast Premiere?
All three pieces of advice are valid and good. You just have to choose one way to go.
TwinHeadedEagle is a qualified removal expert. His Farbar removal routine and guidance will certainly deliver you from your predicament.
g3n-h@ckm@n is a removal software developer and also an expert, so his routine and guidance would probably deliver equal results.
Pondus is a good colleague here and the tool he proposed to use helped in many cases to deliver users from crap and foistware.
I just used it to deliver my machine of undesired bundled crap that came with a reader install. I can guarantee it works fine and after a reboot all the undesirables are gone and sent to digital oblivion.
I would however either choose TwinHeadedEagle or g3n-h@ckm@n as my guide to deliver me from and lead me out of the malcode horror house.
Both are considered first class removers and approved by malware removal expert instructors here on the forums.
So the choice is really up to you, you are in good hands.
I tried to follow your advise, but I can’t download the “Farbar” program The download of my IE said it may harm you computer and the oly actions I can choose is to close it or delete it.
Same result when I try to download shortcut_module.
Now I am hopless.

Then:
Download attached fixlist.txt to your Desktop. NOTE: => It’s important that both files, FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.
Run FRST/FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait. If the tool needed a restart please make sure you let the system to restart normally and let the tool completes its run after restart.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach it to your reply. Note: If the tool warned you about the outdated version please download and run the updated version.
