i want to format my pc and install licensed windows 7.
if i copy all files and folders of avast which was created when i installed avast in my pc, i.e in c drive inside program files.
and if i paste those files and folders in my licensed windows 7, then does it works?
i not want avast getting deleted bcoz it is updated till now and i use dial up so it takes long time to update.
any software to backup avast?

No, It will not work. But you can do one thing: Download the virus database update, when free, and save the avast setup file. Install windows 7. Install avast, install the database updates using the downloaded file. Here is the link to download virus database updates : http://files.avast.com/iavs5x/vpsupd.exe Ask if you need detailed help.

You will not get help here if you are not a genuine windows user.
You may have to let go off your retailer, who is an idiot, saying pirated softwares are good.
Probably you should complain about him to Microsoft. They will kick him left and right(hope so).
Get your pc to a good retailer and back up all the documents. Install new genuine windows. Rest all(most of them) softwares you can get for free.
