Lately, I’ve been experiencing a lot of BSOD. All i can see from that BSOD is BAD_POOL_HEADER because it flashes by so fast.
I’m not an expert at this so I’m seeking your help.
How can i attach a .dmp file for you to view the problem? Only Allowed file types: jpg, png, txt, log, gif sadly.
Thank you for your help!
PS: It comes and goes, so this is a lucky time that I can access the internet and ask help from you guys. Thanks!
I don’t know how to paste the .dmp file in pastebin since when I opened the .dmp file using Notepad, it displayed gibberish, and I doubt you’d want that. I don’t have Google drive, but I’ve uploaded it on mediafire.com, is that ok? Here’s the link.

The problem is Malwarebytes.
A guess, you have the full version running ?
Wait what? Really? Yeah, I have the paid version. I suspected it to be the “Connectify” app that I installed 2 weeks ago, I uninstalled it just yesterday and I’m not getting BSODs anymore. I’m surprised that it’s Malwarebytes. Maybe, Connectify didn’t get along well with Malwarebytes that’s why?
Thank you for your help! I was simultaneously asking for help here in Avast forums and MLWbytes forums since those two are my antivirus and antimalware. Thank you.
Disabling Malwarebytes from running in real time has solved the problem for many peoples.
I suggest you disable it and see if it stops the bsod’s or not.
or open the settings and choose not to “automatically load when windows start” or what ever mbam calls it.
When you want to use software, always spend some time on learning about the settings and such
Almost all software come with a manual.
It could be build in the software.
Often there is at the top in the menu something like help > documentation / tutorial / instructions.
Some come with a pdf or if it is a small application a txt file.
There is ofcourse also the website of the software where they almost always have tips, tricks, suggestions and such.
Another thing to do is looking at the options / settings the software is giving you.
You don’t have to change anything (unless you want ofcourse), but it will give at least a idea of what is possible.
By doing the above things I have often found things that I never expected to be possible.
Also have I found ways to do things much easier.
e.g. instead of doing something in 5 steps, doing the same in 3 steps.
