Bank mode won't open after Avast update

I updated Avast this week (ver. 20.4.2410 - build 20.4.5312.577), and since updating, I can no longer open Bank Mode. I’ve tried using both the browser buttons and shortcut keys to open it from the secure browser.

I’ve run a full virus scan (no issues found) and used the Settings > Troubleshooting > Repair App function with no improvement. I had been using Bank Mode with no issues the day before updating, so I’m assuming the update is the cause of the problem. Any advice would be appreciated!

For problems with Bank Mode, also attach szb.log which is located here: C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log

Thanks for responding, Asyn. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling Avast Secure Browser, and that seems to have fixed the Bank Mode issue. :slight_smile:
