Ideally what should be the advanced settings for a High performance mode…features like CPU ,hard drive etc…Using Vista 32 bit…CP > Power Options>Edit High performance?

Just by changing the setting to high performance should automaticaly set everything to the maximum best performance for you so i wouldn’t change anything else.
