Which one of behavior blockers is better suit with avast! home edition: Prevx 3.0 (real-time), or Mamutu?
Any insights?
Thanx! :-\
Try Mamutu since ya can get a one year license here for free http://www.techno360.in/ It works really well.
Well I have both licenses, just haven’t decide which one to install with avast…lol
I use mamutu.
ThreatFire in my opinion. Works the best and has really awesome detection. Only bad thing is that their 64bit version development is like uber slow.
Well, as I can see not many people using this kind a software?? :o
I use Threatfire.
Have got the free license for Mamatu, which I have read has a fair amount of user happiness. Have not decided whether to install it, yet…quite happy with my existing setup.
To tell the truth, it is very seldom the behaviour blocker has thrown an alert, except for when installing or running little known software. (Mind you, it did it yesterday when I was taking Cureit for a trial run.)
Maybe I’ve been fortunate.
There is certainly a valuable gap filled by behaviour blockers, for those who are prepared to learn what might be a real threat not yet detected by the AV, and what might be read as “suspicious” but is actually OK.
How about Zemana AntiLogger? This suppose to be considered a Behavior blocker, as well??
I have Zemana AntiLogger and it is the best. The only reason I don’t currently use it is because I also have the paid version of Online Armor which will pass all of the behavior tests at the Zemana site - http://www.zemana.com/securitytests.aspx
