Being billed again

I have unsubscribed from every last subscription. I went to PayPal and cancelled every last automatic payment over there that pertains to Avast. Every three to five days I get another email: Hmmm. Your payment has failed.

This is an improvement! I used to just lose money until I canceled at PayPal.

I’ve been through Help five times. They always say they get it and I will no longer be billed. But they have no impact on the relentless billing algorithm. The last one which “hmmm. failed” was $90. But they didn’t get the money.

How can I get this to stop?
