Billing Questions

I got billed for Avast Security by 2 different companies. I only have 1 active license, I was charged for the first one, but never received an e-mail or any information to use. I then ‘thought’ I was on the avast web site and downloaded and paid again for Avast security. Now both charges have been taken from my account. The first was a charge for $47.99 and the second was a charge for $59.00. The information I received was from the company that charged me $59.00. From which I have conformation numbers, registration numbers, license agreement, etc. I never received any information from the Avast web site charge of $47.99 to my other e-mail account. I was never given anything to click to activate for the first order. How do I get a refund from the one I never received e-mailed from?

The company that has handled all MY Dealings and Avast purchases has been ‘Digital River’.
I understand that is the company that handles purchase orders etc. for Avast Software.
