The black and white list “buttons” in my MS Outlook keep disappearing. There is no option to add them back in the tool bar/button setting within my email. I’ve been in the Avast software and see “white lists” and “black lists” of the emails that I have clicked on before but where do those dang buttons keep going??? SOS!
Does it just happen when outlook is not completely maximized?
No, they are gone altogether. I did not check back in on this post until now because I finally got frustrated enough to uninstall and re-install the software. The icons/buttons were back and all was well UNTIL YESTERDAY. I decided it was time to re-boot my computer and clear some things out. Immediately on re-boot I opened MS Outlook and they are gone again! This is very frustrating.
