Blacklist

When items show up in my spam folder that are truly spam, I highlight them and select the Blacklist icon. It marks them all as spam and then I delete them. But the same companies will send emails again the following day and they’ll, once again, end up in my spam folder. It appears that blacklisting any of these emails/companies is of no value. Can anyone help? Thanks. Bob

Bob, this happens for me too… I would be grateful if some of the developers could help us in this point.
