"blocked by group policy" can't start avast. any help would be awesome

So I believe I cleaned out what I can but still can’t open avast. Keep getting “blocked by group policy” error. I’m stuck =(

Anyone there who can help?

Ran all 3 nothing came back for malwarebytes

I attached the results from farbar

and aswMBR can’t seem to complete after several tries
