Blocked by user group?

Help! My avast has been turned off, and when i try to start it it comes up with blocked by user group, contact system admin. But thats me?!

I’ve run malware bytes but thats having the same issue. I’ve managed to get that to run in safe mode but it didn’t throw up anything other than a couple of pups?

I fear my laptop has germs :cry:

Can anyone help?
