blocking i'm in touch remote software

I have the free version 2014.9.0.2011. I was trying to install a remote program from 01communique call I’m in touch, however avast
did not allow the program. Can you instruct me on how to add an exception so that avast doesn’t attempt to block this program? Basically I
need to bypass Avast’s security software to install this.

Why do you want to use this service/application?

Not sure why that is relevant…

You didn’t mention whether you are using Avast Internet Security, or the free AV.

To be safe, scan the installer with Malwarbytes Anti-Malware…make sure the definitions file is up to date.

If it scans clean, try booting into Safe Mode, and install it from there.
