Blocking Malicious URLs

Hey guys,

How do you guys like to block URLs?

I use Mozilla (version 3, I believe), and I don’t think there is an actual URL-blocking feature. I believe that option only blocks pop-ups from the entered URL, and things of that nature. I know there is a Firefox add-on called SiteBlock, but I’m not sure if it’s reputable. Other people have asked this same question, and the answers are usually indirect, and usually consist of “‘Hostsman’ is better. Use that.” So, I wanted your guys’ input. Is “Hostsman” a good thing?

What do you want to block…??

I don’t really want to get into it. . but, let’s just say I have a computer user who thinks it’s okay to get on sites with questionable content, including those with inappropriate content. .

:expressionless:

openDNS http://www.opendns.com/

What does inappropriate content mean…?

Asyn…use your fantasy ;D

That’s why I’m asking, my fantasy is boundless. ;D

You guys are too funny. . XD

We sure are.
Reply #4 was a serious question, though.
