Blue screen on ma system

Hello!.. Pls I recently installed Avast 7, and after the installation… I’m having a blue screen on ma system… Often and often, letting my system shutting down unexpectedly… Pls help me out on it…

These tools will give us a little more detailed info abaut the problem, so let’s see what we can do about the problem.

Download BlueScreenView
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/bluescreenview.zip
Unzip the archive to your desktop and run the program
Dmp files from the list that appears, choose the one with the most recent date.
Click on the icon of the floppy disk, and then Save Report to the desktop as a text document.

Attach that report here.


Download DDS and save it to your Desktop from here:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

Double click dds to run the tool.

* When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. DDS.txt and Attach.txt attach to topic.
