Blue Screen

Hello

I am having trouble with a blue screen. My Avast says it stopped some threat and that no further action is needed, but then it went into the blue screen and that is where I am at now. Can anyone help me? This is my first time using Avast. Please, I have so much work to do and I am stuck with a blue screen. It will come on and as soon as I get started it will pop up to the blue screen again. Any help will be appreciated. I have a picture of the screen and the treats if that will help.

Welcome to the forum. The more information you provide, the more apt we are to be able to help you. What operating system ??? What other security programs are you using ??? Which antivirus program was installed on your system before avast! ??? How did you remove it??? etc, etc.
