Found similar posts in several forums. PC with blue screens is “suicide”. But not really ready to give up an application, that I use for years and that I have 99% trust in. Is Avast aware of the problem? Is there a possibility (and is it a safe option) to downgrade to previous Avast version? What else can I do? Thanks a lot for any suggestions.

Upload file automatically was checked, but I did not have an Internet connection at that moment. Have I to upload the file manually?

Thanks.

Connect to the net and rerun the support-tool.

Rerun the support tool with Internet connected; I think that the file has been uploaded. File ID=4P3DS; filename=20210520_1009_4P3DS_290496984.zip

What exactly happens now? Just to know, what I shall do. I didn’t had blue screens these last days and I could reset the system to a recent image, in the case if… But, working on a system, that may crash at any moment, is not really reasonable. On the other hand, as I said, difficult to give up an antivirus, that I have trust in. Thanks, anyway.

Ok, I fowarded it for you.
