When I used a photo editing program, have been announced by Avast as that program is bad, or no data about it. I was announced with a blue window. I have checked something like that program is good, and it worked. Now, if you open that photo editing program again, not asking me anything. How can I change that setting back, that and ask me about that program through the blue window?
It sounds like the program was executed in the AutoSandbox. You could create a exclusion in the AutoSandbox settings.

What shield originally informed you that program was bad as that would decide where the exclusion was placed, check the BhS trusted processes, the sandbox exclusions, file system shield exclusions.
Sounds like sandbox, if you delet the rule from there you willthen be asked again when you open the photo editing program.
