Boot scan asking if sure file is a Windows folder, infected with win32 malwa-gen

Yeah it feels alot better too thank you!
The computer is running like new again, the only concern is my computer has 7 “important” system updates but when I try to install them, after its done all 7 it says there is an error and it wasn’t installed so now everytime I turn off my laptop it does the updates, but doesn’t install them.
