My friend is using windows 7
and he is using avast
yesterday he said he was installing adobe flash when dis happened
all d exe files dont open
avast free has also stopped working
in safe mode also avast is not working
is dere ne way to initiate boot scan ?

Probably the problem was what he was installing (that was infected) and not avast itself.
Some infections could kill the antivirus also. They’re dangerous. Dr. Web CD could manage most of them.
It’s not easy to recover all the computer. If he can backup documents and data, go fast.
