Boot time scan disaster

I ran a bootime scan because my computer was plagued by a virus that would not let me run anything. I set the scan to “delete all” and now I cannot run any programs from itunes to internet explorer to system restore! Is there anyway to recover or install the programs and internet explorer I need to get my computer up and running again?

I do not have any Logs for scans because the Avast scan deleted everything. After the scan I could not even open Avast. I tried running a restore and that has not work because the computer will not let me run the program.

What system are you Running?

Do you have an installation disk that contains Windows Recovery to repair partition?

You will need installaton disk if you are running WIN XP.

Start → Run then type sfc /scannow.
