boot time scan problem

Hi guys!this is my first post here so the problem is why if I “boot time scan”(sorry if i had a bad grammar)“the boot time scan” founded a virus but when I click “go to chest” it says:
Error:The operation is not supported
whats wrong with avast? :-\

what file was detected and with what malware name ? where was the file found ?

if you post more info then maybe someone can help you…like the scan log
