Cant seem to find this on Avast Premier , is it no longer an option ?

On another matter , I have just noticed my name has been changed to " James 571" and got me as a Newbie when I have been on forum for many years .My previous name was " J.M.Reid " ( I think ) and I never changed it . I had a private message with you Bob on the subject of Transplant Coordinator Nurse a few weeks back if you remember . Thank you for help given .

James, I just sent you a pm that contains your previous email and forum name, the account you are using at the moment was created on the 19th…3 days ago.

When I went to log in , it opened up another page . Avast log in , log into Avast account using Facebook or Google . Not the old format . I used Google and probably should delete this info with name on view

There are 3 options, Google, Facebook or email. You should have used your email address.
Got it now , used the original details Craig sent me and it worked , back to previous account .Sorry for messing you both about .

I can delete it if you want, the posts here under that account will just say guest.
Removed the other account but I don’t know why the name has been replaced with the email :-\ I’ll report it to the mods to see if they can remove it.

Craig , read your post after replying . Would be good if you could remove G mail address .Computers can be the most frustrating of things at times !!!
Craig has already requested a Moderator to do something. He can’t all he or I could do would be to remove the other account.
Next best thing I could do is to completely remove this topic if you don’t mind loosing your posts here :-\
