Bought Grimefighter but regret that and want money back

Dear Avast,

My father has bought grimefighter, but besides we don’t have a clue how to install, I came to the conclusion that his computer needs a reinstallation in stead of something like Grimefighter.
I read that in 30 days one can get his money back.
I didn’t install it yet, so I was wondering how I could get the money back?

You install it through the control panel.
control panel > programs > avast > change > put a checkmark in front of GrimeFighter

How to ask for a refund is explained on avast’s website and has been told 100’s if not 1000’s of times already on this webboard.

Same with me- I purchased Grimefighter online, but it doesn’t appear under my Tools option in Avast menu- how do I run the bloody thing if I cant see it!!! So frustrating for the average user, do they every do any user testing before launching these products. I cant find anywhere on the Avast site about getting your $$s back- can someone pls provide a URL? Dave

instead of posting you could have read my previous post here.
You need to install it before you can use it.

You can also look under the Scan section of the Avast user interface (above Tools) and then click “scan for performance issues” This will open the GrimeFighter product interface. Once you see how much grime your computer has you can choose to restart and being the cleaning (optimize my PC) or you can schedule a more suitable time when you want it to run.
