I activated a Free 60-day trial (then billed yearly) for BreachGuard. I received the email with my Order ID and the Activation Code. I installed BreachGuard and signed into my primary account noting that I have a secondary email address on my account. I received my trial through my secondary email address. During the install, it asks for me to log into my account. It automatically logged into my account given that I have other Avast products installs. I arrive at the Activate screen for BreachGuard. The provided Activation Code does not work. The free trial does not show under my primary Avast account. I have found no area on the website to submit a support ticket. The site just wants to provide KB (knowledge base) articles one after another. I am getting nowhere. I cannot ignore this and move forward if I am going to be billed in 60 days.
I would immediately cancel my subscription to this program; it is completely unnecessary, you don’t need it!
I cannot locate it in my list of subscriptions. I am not sure if “free trial” apps show in the list of subscriptions.
