Can any one tell me how to configure my adelihpa broad band service so that i can contact avast . my friend has just installed avast and when she trys to contact avast for advice on viruses it trys to connect to dial-up and her computer has 7 viruses :
I have dial up and i know nothing about broad band can any one help.

Are you sure you posted this in the correct forum?
This looks to me a Avast Home/Pro thing, not a ADNM one.
