I’ve used Secureline for over a year and had no problems. A few weeks ago I could connect to Secureline but any browser I use would just continue to load without showing me anything on the page. This is the same for any other internet access I have such as Steam.
I made a ticket and received a reply from Avast. The person was helpful and asked me to do a full clean install of Avast, which I did. This did not work. They then asked me to use a utility of theirs to check and acquire a log of my system. This I did and sent it to them promptly.
Today I receive a generic email from them saying that they are closing my ticket since they haven’t heard from me in several days. I was shocked to see this email and very disappointed in Avast, which I have used for about 2 years now.
My question is this. Can anyone shed some light on resolving this issue? Using Secureline basically shuts down my ability to use any browsing capability yet it seems to be connected to the Secureline servers.
I am truly disappointed in this company and regret renewing my subscription to Secureline.

And for my effort, my ticket was closed and I’ve received no further assistance.
