Browsing Problems -- "ding ding ding-- threat has been detected"

I use Avast: Free Antivirus and I have been experiencing a problem since yesterday. Every time I open my browser(Google Chrome) and go to a website(any website), This little red box from the bottom left of my screen pops up and tells me there’s something wrong. I’m sure we’ve all heard this before it goes like this --“ding ding ding-- threat has been detected.” I have fully scanned my computer twice (even though it found no viruses) and for each scan that I’ve done, I have restarted my computer just to make sure the virus is gone. The red box still keeps popping up. I have print screened a pic of the problem, hoping for some assistance.

And also, I have tried looking for a solution before I posted a thread in this forum. I found a thread in this site where another guy had the same problem and he got a reply telling him to get “Malwarebytes Anti-Malware”, I tried to get this on my computer and used it to scan my computer, it found lots of viruses and I restarted my comp. I thought the worst was over, I spoke too soon. When I opened my browser and went you YouTube, the red box still lives. Help!

follow the guide and attach (not copy and paste) malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR logs
