On a Windows XP Pro machine running Version 7.0.1474 of Avast, a BlueScreenView run shows that crashes are being caused by driver: aswsnx.sys, caused by address: aswsnx.yss+98fb8 – What is the fix for this?
Thank you!

Send mini and full dump file to Avast via FTP server.
How do I access the Avast ftp server?
Hi
Avast FTP server:
ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming/
Ftp client: http://www.filehippo.com/download_filezilla/
Well you can send only mini dump and full dump files to Avast via FTP or if you wish you can create Supportpackage,it,s up to you.
PS:Add mini/full to zip,rar file and rename it with unique name: “your Avast nickname BSOD…”
Thanks. I got it uploaded. (The first time I forgot to change the name, so I re-named and uploaded again.)
I am not sure where to find a full memory dump file.
Thanks again for the help!!
