Network Shield is enabled.
BSOD (0000007F) in Vista x64 SP1 with active L2TP VPN connection happens when you disconnect and reconnect the LAN cable.

I don’t see any avast! module on the stack - what makes you think it has anything to do with avast?

Can you submit the corresponding minidump file (e.g. upload it to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming)?

Yes, there are no any avast! module on the stack. But, BSOD stopped after avast! uninstalling. I think, it’s may be a bug on setting global hooks in Network Shield…
