BSOD on Win7 64bit cause by aswTdi.SYS

Hallo there!
I got a BSOD “KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)”.
Memory.dmp + Minidump available. Should I load it up to your ftp-server? Also have a minidump from a BSOD last month with aswNdis2.sys.
