I am getting a BSOD when installing Avast Internet Security or Avast Free Online installers. I have a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro
I get a bad pool caller error. I have tried disabling virtualisation in BIOS.
Please help. this is driving me nuts :-[

After installing Windows, first install the latest drivers for all your hardware.
Than try to install avast.
Please define “fresh install”.

Done.
Here is a picture of the update section
That installation doesn’t look right…
Does the BSOD still occur?
Do you use any virtualization software?

How long does this normally take to get a response ?
Post your ticket ID# here and we’ll try to alert Avast.
When you submitted the support files with the Avast support tool, you would have got a file ID.
Could you also post that?
