BSODs on two consecutive days after last avast upgrade

After the latest avast upgrade on Friday (running commercial version) I’ve had two different BSODs. Uninstalling avast for now. I don’t know if it’s avast causing the problems but it’s the only thing that’s changed since the BSODs have started happening. It seems to happen during heavy Internet traffic.

Should mention that this is on Windows 10-64 AU.

  • In step 6/7 select : Options - Full dumps - OK.
  • Don’t make a ticket, but post the Support Package File ID in your next reply.

Rednose: Thanks; I’m going to run without avast for a week to see if I have any further problems. If I end up reinstalling avast, I’ll have to wait to see if I can get another dump (I hope not!) because I’ve already cleared the dump and minidump.

If I do get another dump w/avast I’ll follow your procedure.
