Hello, because Avast refuses to be contacted by form or e-mail I place the bug issue over here. Since one of the latest downdates of the app the auto scan option is broken. It doesn’t scan anymore automatically as it used to do for many years. A deletion and reinstalling of the app doesn’t solve the question. Device is cellphone with android 14. Please advice, thank you.
I’m not having any issue with scheduled scans on five Androids v.10-12 with AMS Premium 26.0.8.25x. Perhaps it’s an issue with Android 14? Since you have AMS Premium you should be able to get support through the app > Account > Help and support.
